Baby Colobus

It's a Girl!

The Greenville Zoo welcomed a baby Colobus monkey on October 14. The zoo has named her Zuri, which is the Swahili name for “beautiful”.

This is the second baby for zoo residents Nuru (female) and Valentino (male).

Conservation Lecture Series

Learn about the conservation efforts in Madagascar, which is home to lemurs and many other unique animal species.

Summers are wild at the zoo!
Children ages 3 to 14 are invited to join us as we learn about animals, play games, make crafts, meet zookeepers, and go behind-the-scenes at the zoo!
