Zoo Tots, Greenville Zoo

Zoo Tots classes are designed to help children explore and engage with the natural world. Classes combine an "on your own" exploratory play time featuring crafts, sensory bins and educational stations with a structured circle time and an animal encounter. Program length is 45 minutes.

What steps are being taken to ensure your child’s safety?

Classes are conducted in person and will take place in our outdoor classroom area. Outdoor classrooms are shaded and separated from the public. To ensure social distancing, class sizes will be kept to 10 students and 10 guardians.

In case of light rain, please dress students in weather appropriate attire and close-toed shoes. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be moved to a safe shelter that still allows for social distancing. Classes will only be cancelled if the zoo is required to close to the public.

Program Times

Offered on the first Friday and Saturday of the month at 10:00 am.

Individual Program Prices

  • Members: $10 (1 adult/child pair)
  • Non-members: $22 (1 adult/child pair) includes admission into the zoo
