Local conservation organizations will be onsite to share ideas on how to make our world a better place to live and play. Join the fun with hands-on activities at stations throughout the zoo, all included with admission.

The Greenville Zoo hosts Save the Frogs Day to raise awareness of the rapid disappearance of frog species worldwide. This annual event also celebrates Citizen Science Day, showcasing our local citizen science groups to demonstrate the opportunities and contributions of citizen scientists in our community. Don't miss the chance to isolate DNA and see what it looks like with volunteers from Clemson University Life Sciences Outreach Center!

Join us for this FREE presentation that will address the threats to orangutans, explain the work of the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Program (SOCP) in conserving orangutans in Sumatra and describe the SOCP's innovative new Orangutan Haven project currently under development in North Sumatra.

The Greenville Zoo invites zoo-goers to tap into the wild at our 10th annual Brew in the Zoo. The evening provides adults 21+ an opportunity to sample an assortment of craft beers while exploring the zoo after-hours. The event also includes live music by Cody Webb and food samplings.

April is Anteater month! Adopt an Anteater at the $50 Supporter level during April and get an adoption certificate, animal fact sheet, Adopt-an-Animal Wild Parent decal, a plush giraffe OR two guest passes, and a Greenville Zoo water bottle.
