Dr. Hilliard will speak about the Zoo Conservation Outreach Group (ZCOG) and the Chilean Flamingo Monitoring Program. The Chilean flamingo faces significant conservation challenges from mining and water diversion projects in Chile's northern Atacama Desert. Learn how ZCOG is working to protect the Chilean flamingos and how you can help make a difference.

ZCOG is a nonprofit coalition of zoos, aquariums, and related partners dedicated to promoting wildlife and habitat conservation throughout Latin America.
