All attendees participating in the trick-or-treater experience must purchase a trick-or-treater ticket. Trick or treating is available for all ages. Members must show their member card and photo ID. Adults must be accompanied by a child for entry.

Yes, please bring your own trick or treating bag. Bags will not be provided.
The lagoon and the alligator snapping turtle exhibit will be closed to the public. Primate row will also be closed due to renovations. All other exhibits will be open during Boo in the Zoo. Some of our animals will retire to their dens around dusk.
Boo in the Zoo is an event geared for kids of all ages. While some of our decorations may be a little spooky, all of our decorations are family friendly.
Walk up tickets will only be available if space allows. With limited admission numbers for 2020, Boo in the Zoo is expected to sell out through online reservations. To guarantee your spot, reserve your entry time by purchasing your tickets online.
Reciprocal zoo memberships are not valid for special events including Boo in the Zoo.
Yes, guests may attend as long as it is part of your membership. Please include your guests when your purchase your tickets.
“Guest & Complimentary Tickets” are not valid for special events.
We do not charge for babies (ages 0-2), however, if you want them to be able to trick-or-treat, you will need to buy a trick-or-treat ticket for them.
Adults are welcome to purchase a trick-or-treat ticket.
You can show the ticket barcode on your smartphone at check-in. Of course, printed tickets are also accepted.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, rain checks or rescheduling. Boo in the Zoo is a rain or shine event.
