The lagoon and the alligator snapping turtle exhibit will be closed to the public. All other exhibits will be open during Boo in the Zoo. Some of our animals will retire to their dens around dusk.

All attendees participating in the trick-or-treater experience must purchase a trick-or-treater ticket. Trick or treating is available for all ages. Members must show their member card and photo ID. Adults must be accompanied by a child for entry.
Free, on-site parking is available in Cleveland Park including handicap accessible spots.
No pets are allowed.
Yes, please bring your own trick or treating bag. Bags will not be provided.
Boo in the Zoo is an event geared for kids of all ages. While some of our decorations may be a little spooky, all of our decorations are family friendly.
Due to limited capacity, walk-ups are discouraged. Guests who purchase their tickets at the ticket booth will be subject to a $2 up-charge per ticket.
Reciprocal zoo memberships are not valid for special events including Boo in the Zoo.
“Guest & Complimentary Tickets” are not valid for special events.
We do not charge for babies (ages 0-2), however, if you want them to be able to trick-or-treat, you will need to buy a trick-or-treat ticket for them.
Adults are welcome to purchase a trick-or-treat ticket.
You can show the ticket barcode on your smartphone at check-in. Of course, printed tickets are also accepted.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, rain checks or rescheduling. Boo in the Zoo is a rain or shine event.
