1. Where do I park?: Free, on-site parking is available in Cleveland Park including handicap accessible spots.

2. Will animals be on exhibit during the event?: Due to Holidays at the Zoo being an evening event, most or our animals will be off exhibit. Ektopia will remain open for visitors during the event.

3. Will Santa be at Holidays at the Zoo?: Santa will be at Holidays at the Zoo on the following dates: December 9th, December 16th, December 23rd from 4pm-7pm.

4. Can I bring my pet to the event?

Pets are not allowed.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY: The Greenville Zoo welcomes any trained service dog in the company of its owner onto zoo grounds. We are happy to comply with state and federal laws to allow this access.

5. Can I buy tickets at the event?: Yes, guests who purchase their tickets at the ticket booth will be subject to a $2 up-charge per ticket.

6. Can I use my reciprocal zoo membership to get the member rate?: Reciprocal zoo memberships are not valid for special events including Holidays at the Zoo.

7. I have "Guest/Complimentary Tickets." Can I use them for this event?: “Guest & Complimentary Tickets” are not valid for special events.

8. Do you charge for babies?: We do not charge for babies (ages 0-2).

9. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?: You can show the ticket barcode on your smartphone at check-in. Of course, printed tickets are also accepted.

10. What is the refund policy?: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, rain checks or rescheduling. Holidays at the Zoo is a rain or shine event.
